Tamarte was born from a longing for tradition, flavor, and home. As a Mexican mom raising my children in Prague, I wanted to bring a taste of my roots to others, not just with food, but with emotion, memory, and soul.
Each tamal is made with love, just like the ones our grandmothers made, wrapped by hand, cooked slowly, and meant to be shared.
