Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Tamarte for your tamales! All our products are made fresh to order, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns
Because tamales are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Refunds
Refunds are available in these situations:
You receive the wrong order or a missing item.
There is a quality issue (e.g. the product is spoiled or unsafe to eat at the time of delivery).
If you notice an issue at the moment of delivery, please inform us immediately. If you discover a problem later, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a short description and photos, if possible.
3. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement of the affected item(s) at the next available delivery date, or
A refund to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period cannot be refunded, as your tamales are already in preparation.
